The system has three simple rules.
It will take you less then a minute to learn them. Here they are—
1- If the Leading Trend is above the Lagging Trend, buy the two top-ranked funds.
2- If the Leading Trend is below the Lagging Trend, sell the funds and go to cash (or,optional, sell short the single bottom-ranked fund).
3- In either case, change funds as their rankings change, always using the two top- or single bottom-ranked funds in keeping with Rules 1 and 2.

Note. 'Trends' are the smoothed moving averages of weekly prices over several different time spans which are then factored into one single longer-term group and one shorter.
